“Archangel Uriel, please light up my mental energy with the divine power of God’s perfect peace. I allow the light to ease my fears, quiet my racing thoughts, and reveal divine solutions to overcome my concerns for my greatest good. I willingly choose to do my part in helping to relax my body and mind prior to sleep. I now release all energetic cause of my insomnia over to the light to be completely resolved and replaced with the inner peace required for deep and lasting sleep.
